Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of bookings made through the JoinMyTrip platform or its subsidiaries. By booking a trip through JoinMyTrip or its subsidiaries, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Cancellation Policy.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Upon booking a trip through JoinMyTrip or its subsidiaries, you are required to make a payment of 20% of the total trip cost at the time of booking.

1.2 The remaining 80% of the total trip cost is due no later than 2 months before the scheduled trip date.

2. Cancellation by Participant

2.1 If you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:
If cancellation occurs more than 2 months before the scheduled trip date, a minimum processing fee of 100€ will be deducted from the refund, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

2.2 If the trip is already confirmed the 20% deposit made at the time of booking is non-refundable, and the remaining 80% will be refunded to you.

3. Cancellation by JoinMyTrip

3.1 If JoinMyTrip cancels the trip for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made towards the trip.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receiving a cancellation request, and will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

4.2 Any processing fees or charges incurred as a result of the cancellation will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

5.1 In the event of exceptional circumstances beyond your control (e.g., medical emergency, natural disaster), JoinMyTrip or its subsidiaries may, at its discretion, consider providing a full or partial refund. You may be required to provide supporting documentation to substantiate your claim.
